800bbl Self Contained Production Tank Cascade System
Our Standard 800bbl (128m3) Horizontal Production Tanks are built to API 12F and are designed to be a “plug and play” production unit. The full system is setup with (2) horizontal 400bbl insulated tanks which are fully self-contained and AER Compliant within the integrated skid/containment. Units are fully skidded and are very easily setup onsite within hours of arrival.
Truckout Valving etc is very easily accessed through the built in enclosure and platforms.
All of our stock 800bbl horizontal tanks are standardly equipped with the following:

- ¼” Floor and Roof / 3/16” Shell
- Skid/Tank Dimensions:16’ Wide x 50’ Long Triple Member Skid c/w loading ears
- Complete Unit on skid is 13.5ft Tall
- Built in Secondary Containment Wall (Fully G55 Compliant)
- (2) 8” Hawkeye Sour or Sweet Service Thief Hatches set at 16 oz. psi & 0.4 oz. Vacuum
- (2) Sour or Sweet Service Gauge-board Systems c/w gauge board in M3 increments
- Secondary Containment Truckout nozzles for emptying rainwater/snow
- Full Unit is complete with 1.5” Sprayed Urethane with 20mil Black Elastomer Sealer
- (1) Roof Access Ladder and Collapsible Platform
