Our standard 200 BBL production tanks are engineered to perform in demanding operating environments while meeting recognized industry standards. Each tank measures approximately 13 feet 6 inches in diameter and 11 feet 4 inches in height, providing approximately 32 cubic metres of storage capacity in a compact and efficient design.

Every tank is built on a durable 10-inch four-beam bottom skid, providing excellent stability during transportation, installation, and field operation. The tanks also feature a ¼-inch flat steel floor together with a ¼-inch shell and roof, creating a strong structure capable of handling the rigorous conditions commonly found on oilfield and industrial worksites.

To accommodate different operational requirements, customers can choose either a flat-bottom floor or a sloped-bottom floor, allowing the tank configuration to better suit the intended application.

Standard Equipment & Optional Features

Every 200 BBL production tank comes equipped with the components required for efficient installation and dependable day-to-day operation. Depending on your project requirements, tanks are available with either external paint or external insulation to provide additional protection and performance in Alberta’s varying weather conditions.

Each tank includes standard inlet, outlet, and vent nozzles complete with valves and plugs, allowing for efficient integration into existing production systems. A 3-inch external VRU downcomer is also included to support vapour recovery system connections where required.

For safe monitoring and operation, our tanks are equipped with an atmospheric or sour sealed gaugeboard complete with a poly float and internal guides, along with a sour sealed thief hatch. Additional standard equipment includes an access ladder, a 2′ x 4′ manway for inspections and maintenance, and durable lifting lugs that simplify transportation and installation.

To support year-round operations, customers can choose between a U-Tube Burner System or a Catadyne Heating System, helping maintain fluid temperatures during colder weather and improving operational efficiency throughout the year.
