Test Separator Packages are primarily used in the oil and gas industry to remove free gas from oil and/or water at a specific temperature and pressure. Wellbore fluids are tied into and produced to the vessel, where the separation is completed by using baffles, gravity and mist extraction. Upon separation, the fluids and gases that are produced are measured separately and set to a pipeline, storage tank, or flare.

Units are offered completely skidded, packaged, and ready to be field-installed for short or long term applications. Our vertical packaged can be configured for 2- or 3-phase operation as well as for sweet or sour service. Vessel sizes ranges from 16″ up to 36″ with design pressures of 250psi, 720psi, or 1440psi.
